Nono's nails!

Hello!

Yes, my nail art obsession is back to haunt you, just in time for halloween.

I'm sure that those who have read my blog since or berfore IW started covering it will probably know of my joke nail-art obsession. Well, for those who don't know what I'm talking about, here's more. And for you who were wondering where it was, I couldn't find anytime to post this >.>

Everyone knows that now I consider Risa H!P's nail queen, but Aibon and Nono had crazy nails from way back. They both started wearing them before they graduated from high school, which makes me wonder why some of the high school age girls don't wear them now, maybe it's a newer rule?

Any who, I have some old Nono pics of her weird nails for those of you wondering where my nail obsession went.

 

I believe these are from one of her photobooks. She actually has ribbon bows glued to her nails. These look easier to wear than Risa's hard bow ones from last fall, but they still look uncomfortable. Also, I find it slightly gross that you can see another nail (maybe her natural one) underneath.

 

While these aren't as prominantly 3D as some of the others we've seen, they still have weird rhinestone hearts on them. Out of all the crazy nails she wears, since these are the least 3D, they seem the most practical.

 

Nono with her nails! These nails seem to be very similar to the kind that Risa and Ai (more often Ai) wear. They're a colored tip with rhinestones setting it off from the rest.

 

I believe these are the ones, or extremely similar to the ones, she wore for her last H!P wonderful hearts concert. They have hard bows, but they seem much more practical than risas. One pattern you'll notice, if you haven't already, is that unlike Risa, Nono doesn't care about having her nails match her clothes, but when you consider that she might have them on for a few days at a time, maybe she just got unlucky?

 

These are really weird nails. The mis-matched tips that Risa likes so much, but with mis-matched shapes? She again has really uncomfortable-looking bows on her nails, and the heart looks like it could fall off it she accidentaly hit it against something. These are very impractical, I kinda feel bad for her.

 

Wait... these are the ones she wore to her last H!P concert. I find it really creepy in the concert vids how you can see the 3D thing, but the whites are so similar that you ask yourself "What's on her nail?"

 

Again with the weird 3D hearts. While I must say I think the bows are rather cute, the hearts are just ugly.

 

I think the explaination for these is that she wore them while promoting her Alo!Hello dvd. They look cute for an earring design, but sticking an earring design on your nails doesn't mean it will be as cute.

 

These look like they were failed attempts at making 3D flowers. Some look good, others not so much. some of them remind me of sunny-side-up eggs instead of nails.

 

These seem  to be just a bunch of weird acrylic gel shapes randomly put on her nails. Either that or this was a drunk person's attempt at nail art. If someone can tell me what this is supposed to be, I'll give them a virtual cookie.

 

These aren't too bad, but again, they look really impractical. I think this picture is from when she first started wearing nail art.
